RMS Environmental provides a thorough, non- intrusive, and cost-effective Phase I Environmental Site assessment that will determine any environmental conditions past or present for the site. The Phase I report will follow the ASTM Standard E 1527-05. If suspected environmental liabilities exist, but cannot be confirmed without intrusive investigation, RMS Environmental will perform a Phase II Site Assessment.
